About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior FP&A Business Analyst to join our team, supporting the delivery of financial planning, analysis, and reporting. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for providing timely and accurate financial insights to inform business decisions.

Your primary duties will include:

  • Delivering weekly sales reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness;
  • Coordinating and delivering the global annual budget and quarterly re-forecasts;
  • Collaborating with the Group FP&A Manager to update the 5-year business plan;
  • Preparing monthly management reporting presentations and Board packs;
  • Developing visual reports with commentary and insights to support decision-making;
  • Tracking Global Capital Expenditure, monitoring spend against forecast, and communicating results;
  • Crafting global reporting templates for consistency across regions;
  • Fostering strong relationships within the Group and Regional finance teams;
  • Continuously improving processes, driving efficiency, and enhancing deliverables to meet business needs.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A newly qualified accounting qualification (ACA/CIMA/ACCA equivalent);
  • Previous experience in Retail/FMCG is desirable;
  • Advanced Excel skills, including building and working with models, reports, and large data sets;
  • Experience using Microsoft PowerPoint;
  • Experience with Anaplan or a similar forecasting system is desirable;
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong verbal and written communication skills;
  • Flexibility, proactivity, and a willingness to learn;
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize workload effectively.
