Job Title: MSK Physiotherapist

Type: Permanent

Hours: Part-time, 22.5 hours per week, flexible weekdays between Monday to Thursday, 8am to 4pm

Salary: £38,000 per annum, £34,000 to £42,000 pro-rata depending on experience and qualifications

Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented Physiotherapist with experience in musculoskeletal (MSK) conditions to join our multidisciplinary team at a highly-acclaimed client site in Barrow-in-Furness, Cumbria.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Effective communication with the occupational health team
  • Identifying workplace hazards and assessing associated MSK risks
  • Performing ergonomic risk assessments with Safety Health & Environment advisors
  • Facilitating effective rehabilitation for staff with MSK disorders
  • Collecting statistical data for report generation
  • Contributing to or leading health promotion events
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Physiotherapy
  • HCPC registration
  • Knowledge of MSK conditions and treatment
  • Strong IT skills and understanding of patient confidentiality and GDPR
  • Ability to conduct comprehensive and ergonomic assessments, face-to-face evaluations, and workplace assessments
  • Experience in delivering workshops and health promotion
  • Strong report writing skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team
