Sanctuary Personnel Ltd is seeking a skilled Physiotherapist with experience in musculoskeletal (MSK) conditions to join a multidisciplinary team at a highly-acclaimed client site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Effective communication with the occupational health team
  • Identifying workplace hazards and assessing associated musculoskeletal risks
  • Performing ergonomic risk assessments with Safety Health & Environment advisors
  • Facilitating rehabilitation for staff with musculoskeletal disorders
  • Collecting statistical data for report generation
  • Contributing to or leading health promotion events

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Physiotherapy
  • HCPC registration
  • Knowledge of MSK conditions and treatment
  • Strong IT skills and understanding of patient confidentiality and GDPR
  • Ability to conduct comprehensive and ergonomic assessments, face-to-face evaluations, and workplace assessments
  • Experience in delivering workshops and health promotion
  • Strong report writing skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team
