Sytner Group is seeking a highly motivated and organized Parts Advisor to join our team at Bradford Audi. As a key member of our parts department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient ordering and selling of a wide range of vehicle parts and accessories.
About You
We are looking for an individual with experience in a similar role within the motor industry and strong IT skills. High levels of organization and attention to detail are required for this role, as well as excellent communication skills and customer-facing experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the parts stock room, ensuring that stock levels are maintained and ordering is carried out efficiently.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
- Work closely with colleagues and suppliers to source and procure parts, ensuring timely delivery and minimizing stockouts.
- Contribute to the development of the parts department, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
