Internal Sales Support Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Internal Sales Support Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products to existing clients
  • Provide exceptional customer service through phone and email communication
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and grow revenue

Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong negotiation and account management skills
  • Experience in business-to-business sales or customer service
