Join Our Team as a Learning Assistant in Motor Vehicle

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Learning Assistant to support our students in the Motor Vehicle department. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality learning experiences that meet the needs of our students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support students with theory and practical activities in Motor Vehicle
  • Supervise and coach students in our workshops, ensuring a safe and productive learning environment
  • Assist tutors in delivering learning programs, providing expert industry knowledge and guidance
  • Contribute to the setup and preparation of classrooms, workshops, and assessment areas, ensuring all equipment and stock is maintained and meets industry standards
  • Develop and implement innovative learning solutions that enhance student employability skills and career prospects

Requirements:

  • Current industry knowledge in Motor Vehicle
  • Qualifications at level 3 or higher
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced learning environment
