**Job Summary**

The West Herts College is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Learning Assistant to support our students in the Motor Vehicle department. As a Learning Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success of our students by providing guidance, support, and supervision in a hands-on learning environment.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Support students with theory and practical activities in Motor Vehicle
  • Supervise and coach students in a workshop setting
  • Assist tutors in the delivery of Motor Vehicle programs
  • Prepare and maintain classrooms, workshops, and assessment areas
  • Ensure equipment and stock are maintained and meet industry requirements
  • Assist students with practical work and impart industry experience to develop employability skills

**Requirements**

  • Current industry knowledge in Motor Vehicle
  • Qualifications at level 3 or higher
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
