Job Title: Senior Product Developer - Textiles

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Developer with a background in textiles and bedding to join our team in Manchester. The successful candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role and have worked with multiple high street retailers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to the development of products across our portfolio, from design brief to launch.
  • Manage critical paths from design brief to product launch.
  • Communicate with a global supply base in a professional and accurate way.
  • Support the design team in the development process.
  • Ensure quality of product by assessing with the design and technical team.
  • Request and negotiate best costs to contribute to business target margins.
  • Liaise with sales and wholesale teams, and key customers when required.
Requirements:
  • Experience in critical path and supply chain import & distribution.
  • Practical knowledge and previous experience of product development across home textiles, preferably bedlinen and filled product.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in similar roles, worked with high street retailers.
  • Preferably educated to degree level.
  • Organised with excellent time management skills.
  • Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Confident and clear communication skills, both written and verbal.
