Job Description

Forest Green Rovers Football Club is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Matchday Food and Beverage Assistant to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve drinks and food to our guests while providing exceptional customer service.
  • Accurately record sales transactions on our EPOS system.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, including keeping the bar area clean and tidy, wiping down tables, and washing glasses.
  • Ensure the bar area is well-stocked at all times.

Hospitality and Catering Duties:

  • Wait on tables of VIP guests.
  • Take orders and serve food and drinks.
  • Prepare bills and accept card payments.
  • Clear tables and tidy hospitality areas.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Previous hospitality or catering experience is desirable, but not required.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and evenings.
