NHS Supply Chain is seeking an experienced Procurement Analyst to drive the organisation's sourcing strategies, develop innovative solutions to complex problems, and provide industry-leading business intelligence and insights.


Key responsibilities include setting data standards for product and process data across the category teams, working with cross-directorate stakeholders, and developing commercial models to drive value through the sourcing process.


Additionally, the successful candidate will maintain data integrity, develop data reporting and dashboarding, analyse data sets, and use various tools and techniques to highlight trends and patterns.

To be successful in this role, you will have previous experience of PowerBI or BI visualisation, a good understanding of the NHS and NHS Supply Chain savings methodologies and levers, and strong analytical skills.

What skills will help you thrive in this role?


Previous experience of PowerBI or BI visualisation is desirable, as is a good understanding of the NHS and NHS Supply Chain savings methodologies and levers.


Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and software are also essential, as is the ability to work independently and as part of a team with a knowledge of procurement software systems.
