About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Pharmacist to join our team as a Prescribing Pharmacist. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and innovative environment, delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prescribe medications and provide clinical advice to patients
  • Conduct online and telephone clinical triage to assess patient needs
  • Manage minor illnesses and provide long-term condition advice
  • Work collaboratively with a multi-professional team to deliver safe and effective care
  • Drive innovation and modernization in clinical practice
Requirements
  • Undergraduate degree in pharmacy and registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council
  • Independent prescribing qualification
  • Ability to apply effective clinical judgment in prioritization and decision-making
  • Previous general practice experience is desirable
