About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IT Business Partner to join our team at Osborne Clarke. As an IT Business Partner, you will play a critical role in bridging the gap between our IT function and the business, ensuring that our technology solutions meet the needs of our stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Strategic Alignment: Collaborating with business leaders to identify opportunities where IT can add value and drive innovation to support business goals.
  • Relationship Management: Building strong working relationships with key stakeholders across the business, ensuring that business requirements and IT capabilities are aligned.
  • Solution Delivery: Collaborating with IT teams to develop and implement technology solutions that meet business requirements and deliver value to the organisation.
  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Monitoring the performance and effectiveness of ITS solutions and services in meeting business objectives, providing regular reports and updates to business stakeholders.
  • Vendor Management: Managing relationships with external vendors and service providers, ensuring that their products and services align with the needs of the business.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identifying opportunities for process improvement and optimization within both the business and ITS functions.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Exceptional stakeholder and relationship management skills, able to influence and drive collaboration.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex problems in a non-technical and simplified manner.
  • Knowledge of ITIL, Prince2 and Agile methodology and working practices, although not essential.
  • Well-organized with attention to detail, self-motivated and able to work on your own initiative.
  • Flexibility to travel within the UK and internationally.
  • Experience of working in a large multi-business unit corporate organization and centralised IT functions.
