About the Role

We are seeking an ambitious and passionate Luxury Hotel Front Line Lead who strives to provide and inspire incredible guest service that creates truly memorable experiences for our guests. Join us in creating a welcoming atmosphere at JW Marriott Grosvenor House London.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist staff with expediting problem payments, such as processing credit card issues.
  • Follow up with guests regarding satisfaction with guest-related issues.
  • Process all guest check-ins by confirming reservations, assigning room, and issuing and activating room key.

  • A high level of attention to detail.
