Our Team

The Credit Underwriting team at Capital on Tap is responsible for reviewing lending applications and financial data to make informed decisions. As a key member of this team, you will play a crucial role in shaping our underwriting strategy and structure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review lending applications and financial data to assess creditworthiness
  • Perform credit reviews on existing customers to ensure ongoing creditworthiness
  • Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate credit decisions
  • Develop and implement risk initiatives and pilots to improve credit data analysis
  • Conduct periodic reviews of individual bad debts to identify trends and areas for improvement

Interview Process

The interview process will consist of three stages:

  • 30-minute introductory call with a Talent Partner
  • 45-minute CV overview with a Team Manager
  • 90-minute technical assessment with the Head of Department
