Job Title: Technology Support Specialist

We are looking for a Technology Support Specialist to support the delivery of IT services at Henderson Scott UK. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a Microsoft environment and be able to manage external contractors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure reliable network, internet, and Wi-Fi services
  • Manage all hardware and software communication tools
  • Handle maintenance and support of PCs and servers running Microsoft software
  • Maintain and install all network devices

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working in a Microsoft environment
  • Ability to prioritize workload to meet business demands
  • Good communication skills

Salary: £35,000 - £55,000 per annum
