About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our children's care team as a Support Worker. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children with autism and learning disabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality care and support to children living in our homes, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans to promote the well-being and independence of each child.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create a warm and nurturing environment that fosters a sense of belonging and community.
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge in areas such as safeguarding, first aid, and behavior management.

Requirements
  • No prior experience as a carer is necessary, as full training and induction are provided.
