**Key Responsibilities**

As a Store Assistant Manager, you will:

  • Provide support to the Store Manager in motivating the team and driving sales growth.
  • Engage with customers to deliver exceptional customer service and build strong relationships.
  • Work with the team to achieve sales targets and improve store performance.
  • Actively encourage engagement with the local community to drive business growth.
  • Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive store culture.
