Assistant Store Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an ambitious and customer-focused Assistant Store Manager to join our Inverness team at The Original Factory Shop. As a key member of our store management team, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming and engaging environment for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Store Manager in motivating and leading the team to deliver excellent customer service and sales results.
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and work with the team to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of store strategies to drive sales growth and customer loyalty.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and improve store performance.
  • Identify opportunities to improve store operations and implement changes to enhance the customer experience.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a retail management role, with a proven track record of delivering results and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on delivering a personalized and engaging experience.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach.
  • Knowledge of retail operations and store management principles, with a focus on driving sales growth and customer loyalty.
