Suffolk GP Federation CIC is a not-for-profit community interest company dedicated to supporting Primary Care across Suffolk and North East Essex.

We are seeking an exceptional Diabetes Specialist Nurse to join our team. This role presents an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of individuals living with diabetes in our region.

A postgraduate qualification in diabetes or a related field would be advantageous, as would experience in clinical supervision and training.
