Job Title: Supply Chain Operations Senior Specialist

Employment Type: Contract (78 Weeks)

Hours: Standard 40 Hours Per Week

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Operations Senior Specialist to join our team at Caresoft Global Limited. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing, delivering, and ensuring the Aftermarket Parts Supply Chain Operational Readiness for Li-Ion batteries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and deliver the Aftermarket Parts Supply Chain Operational Readiness for Li-Ion batteries, ensuring alignment with future supply chain and business Electric Vehicle (EV) strategy and requirements.
  • Implement the master warehouse storage facility and integrate 3rd Party Logistics (3PL) service providers in the UK, specifically focusing on Li-Ion Batteries.
  • Meet key project and vehicle program milestones and deliverables, ensuring delivery of solutions in line with customer journey expectations and project governance methodologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization, utilizing excellent project management skills and a passion for moving tasks forward and taking full ownership of projects/issues.
  • Apply expertise in Supply Chain Management, Agile Methodologies, Prince 2, and MS packages, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Requirements:

  • Background and experience in Supply Chain Management, with proven experience in logistics operations setup and implementations.
  • Excellent collaboration, communication, and analytical skills, including the ability to make fact-based, data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to present, make recommendations, challenge people at all levels, and defend positions based on data - quantitative and qualitative.
  • Sound commercial judgement and confidence to contribute effectively.
