About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Assurance Manager to join our team at Salutem Shared Services. As a key member of our quality team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our services meet the highest standards of quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement quality assurance processes to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure corrective actions are taken.
  • Work closely with senior managers and departmental leads to drive quality improvement initiatives and ensure that our services meet the needs of our customers.
  • Provide guidance and support to staff to ensure that they deliver high-quality, person-centered care.
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with external stakeholders, including regulatory bodies and compliance managers.
  • Monitor and report on quality performance indicators and ensure that our services meet the required standards.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a health or social care setting, with a proven track record of delivering quality improvement initiatives.
  • Experience of working in a regulatory compliance environment, with a strong understanding of UK healthcare regulation and compliance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, customers, and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to plan and manage workload, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Proven track record of developing effective partnerships and joint working, with a commitment to co-production and diversity.
