Job Title: Commercial Coordinator
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Coordinator to join our team at Spirax-Sarco Engineering. As a Commercial Coordinator, you will play a critical role in providing commercial and sales support to our UK & ROI customers, Sales Engineers, and Project Management teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process customer orders from initial enquiry through to purchasing and invoicing, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Manage RIO orders that require export, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and procedures.
- Support customers with offering required add-ons to parts ordered or alternatives to meet their delivery requirements.
- Provide accurate and detailed price and availability quotations to customers via phone or email enquiry.
- Raise purchase orders on suppliers and expedite these to meet customer delivery requirements, managing this through to authorization of invoice.
Requirements:
- Excellent customer service skills and proven ability to achieve KPIs and targets.
- Commercial awareness and customer focus, with the ability to work collaboratively and effectively manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent attention to detail, communication skills, and time management.
- Computer literacy and proficiency in relevant software applications.
