Churchill Estates Management Ltd is seeking a compassionate Relief Lodge Manager to join our team. As a Relief Lodge Manager, you will be responsible for covering the absences of permanent Lodge Managers on an "as and when" basis at our retirement developments in the region.
You will be working at the heart of Churchill Estates Management, promoting a happy and fulfilling lifestyle for our Owners. Your role will involve managing the maintenance of the property, providing a first-class service to Owners, and being a visible and reassuring presence at the central desk within the development.
You will also be responsible for administering the office, arranging contractors to maintain the building, and facilitating social events. Additionally, you will support the sales team with customer viewings and liaise with a range of departments and external contacts.
About YouWe are looking for someone with a desire to make a positive difference in the lives of our Owners. You will have an outgoing and friendly personality, with a love of people and socialising. You will be able to act with sensitivity and diplomacy, while also having the efficiency and assertiveness to manage the safety of our Owners and the security of our developments.
You will be happy working independently on your own initiative, and will be computer literate with previous experience of using Outlook. Previous experience in property management, social housing, retail, care work, customer service, or hospitality would be advantageous.
