About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate Relief Lodge Manager to join our team at Churchill Estates Management Ltd. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for covering the absences of permanent Lodge Managers on an "as and when" basis at our retirement developments in the region.

Your primary focus will be on managing the maintenance of the property and providing a first-class service to our Owners. You will be based at a central desk within the development, where you will be a visible and reassuring presence, administering the office and arranging contractors to maintain the building.

As a Relief Lodge Manager, you will play a key role in facilitating social events, supporting the sales team with customer viewings, and liaising with various departments and external contacts. Your outgoing and friendly personality, combined with your ability to act with sensitivity and diplomacy, will be essential in making a positive difference in the lives of our Owners.

We are looking for someone who is computer literate, with previous experience of using Outlook, and who is able to work independently on their own initiative. Previous property management, social housing, retail, care work, customer, or hospitality experience would be advantageous.
