Full-Time Teaching Assistant Vacancy

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated teaching assistant to join our team at an outstanding school near Verwood. As a teaching assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students with Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD) to access the curriculum and engage in learning activities.
- You will work closely with teachers, therapists, and parents to develop and implement individual education plans (IEPs) that cater to the unique needs of each student.
- Our ideal candidate will have experience working with children or young adults with PMLD or complex learning needs, although this is not essential.
**Estimated Salary:** £22,000-£28,000 per annum, based on location and experience
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide one-to-one or group support to students with PMLD
- Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and parents to implement IEPs and monitor student progress
