Quantity Surveyor (Main Contractor) | Permanent | Surrey

Pinnacle Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team on a permanent basis. This role will be based out of the Coulsdon area, Surrey.

The successful candidate will have a strong track record of working on various projects across multiple sectors, including residential, education, healthcare, conservation, leisure, and commercial. They will be experienced in new build and refurbishment projects up to £15m and able to work autonomously.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with contract negotiations and pricing;
  • Monitor project budgets and expenses;
  • Manage construction project risks and issues;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field;
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience working for a reputable Main Contractor;
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
  • Familiarity with D&B & JCT projects;
  • Full UK driving license;
  • Ability to commute to Coulsdon, Surrey.
