Senior Quantity Surveyor - Construction Project Management

Pinnacle Recruitment Ltd is currently seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction project management and be able to lead complex projects from start to finish.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project budgets, ensuring timely completion, and mitigating risks. They will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success and provide expert advice on contract negotiations and pricing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead senior quantity surveyors and engineers to deliver high-quality projects;
  • Develop and implement project plans and timelines;
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve project issues and conflicts;
  • Maintain accurate records and reports throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field;
  • A minimum of 10 years' experience in construction project management;
  • Proven track record of delivering large-scale projects on time and within budget;
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills;
  • Familiarity with D&B & JCT projects;
  • Full UK driving license.
