Job Title: Electrical Installation Lecturer

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Installation Lecturer to join our team at Learn Trade Skills. As an Electrical Installation Lecturer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training and assessment to our students, ensuring they meet the required standards for electrical installations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver training and assessment to students, ensuring they meet the required standards for electrical installations.
  • Conduct assessments in accordance with requirements set out by Accreditation Boards and ensure integrity is kept when marking candidates and informing candidates of results.
  • Invigilate exams and promote company, its mantra and services it provides.
  • Liaise with Directors when creating course structure, training material, requiring technical resources and development.
  • Liaise with the rest of the team on issues regarding the training centre, non-technical resources, paperwork and feedback.
  • Continue to increase scope and take training when it can be provided.
  • Attend regular team meetings and support candidates through course while monitoring their progress.
  • File and maintain candidate's assessment paperwork.

Requirements:

  • Level 2 Electrical Installations 2365
  • Level 3 Electrical Installations 2365
  • Teaching qualification
  • A1 assessor awards or equivalent [desirable]
  • NVQ in centre assessor award [desirable]
  • NVQ Occupational assessor award [desirable]
  • V1 assessor award [desirable]
  • Other industry qualifications [desirable]
