Momentum Training and Recruitment is seeking an experienced Learner Engagement Officer to join our team in Sheffield. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in promoting and increasing learner referrals and enrolments for our Adult Education programs.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Establish strong partnerships with external stakeholders to ensure compliance and provide essential management information on referral generation.
  2. Promote programs through sessions and engage with potential learners, employers, and community groups.
  3. Manage learner referral details and collaborate with tutors to represent Momentum Training at education, careers, and employability events.

As an integral part of our team, you will drive learner referrals and contribute significantly to the success of Adult Education courses in your designated area.

About You

We are looking for a candidate with a proven track record of:

  1. Successfully engaging with learners and stakeholders.
  2. Consistently meeting and exceeding targets.
  3. Prior experience in delivering exceptional customer service.
  4. Demonstrating a strong awareness, understanding, and commitment to protecting and safeguarding young people and vulnerable adults.
  5. Knowledge of safe and healthy working practices, along with a firm dedication to equality.
