Job Title: Senior Technical Product Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Product Manager to lead the design and management of network and security services for our platform. The focus is on integrating AI to enhance security and network operations. You will be responsible for ensuring the platforms runtime environment is secure, reliable, and high-performing, offering these services as products to engineers for building secure applications.

Key Responsibilities:

* Define the product strategy for network and security services, incorporating AI and aligning with business goals.
* Work closely with engineers to understand their needs and turn those into product requirements.
* Stay updated on market trends and new technologies, especially in AWS and AI, to find opportunities for innovation.
* Collect and prioritize input from engineers, security teams, and architects, focusing on AI enhancements.
* Lead cross-functional teams (engineering, design, sales, etc.) to ensure successful product development and launch, especially with AI integration.
* Use data to guide product choices, measure success, and drive improvements.
* Provide guidance to teams in adopting AWS security tech and AI models.
* Present network and security services as easy-to-use products, emphasizing AWS tech and AI-powered features.

Requirements:

* Strong background in cloud-native technologies, distributed systems, and network security, especially AWS and AI/ML.
* Proven experience managing products from idea to launch in complex technical settings.
* Ability to understand customer needs and turn them into product requirements.
* Clear and effective communicator with both technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leadership.
* Skilled at analyzing complex issues and finding creative solutions.
* Ability to lead cross-functional teams, influence stakeholders, and drive projects to success.
* Proficient in using data to make informed product decisions.
* Familiar with AI/ML and their applications in network security.
* Capable of defining and aligning product strategy with business and customer goals.
