At Ernest Gordon Recruitment, we are seeking a highly skilled Lift Operations Manager to join our team. This exciting role offers the opportunity to progress from a Lift Engineer position into a Service Management role within a global leading lift company.

We are looking for an individual with a passion for safety, ethics, and financial management to oversee all aspects of field projects and engineering teams. Key responsibilities include developing Risk Assessment and Method Statements (RAMS), ensuring efficient material flow, and managing off-hire tools and contracts.

This role is ideal for a Lift Engineer looking to move off the tools and take on new challenges. You will be responsible for planning and controlling resources, coaching and managing engineers, and accurately recording site entries and attendance.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and have a strong understanding of MS Office.

The salary for this role is estimated at £52,000 per annum, based on location and experience. In addition to a competitive salary, you will also receive a company car or car allowance, bonus, pension, and other benefits.
