About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Functional Assessor to join our team in Omagh. As a key member of our team, you will conduct comprehensive health assessments for claimants, utilizing your clinical expertise and exceptional communication skills to provide detailed reports and recommendations. This is an excellent opportunity to leverage your skills and make a meaningful impact on people's lives.

In this dynamic role, you will work closely with healthcare professionals to gather accurate information about an individual's health and well-being. Your findings will be used to produce detailed reports, providing a clear understanding of their needs and circumstances. With your exceptional communication skills, you will engage with claimants, listening attentively to their concerns and experiences, while maintaining a professional demeanor throughout the assessment process.

The ideal candidate will possess minimum 12 months post-qualification experience in Nursing (RMN, RGN, RLDN) / Occupational Therapist/ Paramedic/ Physiotherapist, along with active registration with NMC/HCPC and no practice restrictions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are also essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct comprehensive health assessments for claimants
* Gather accurate information about an individual's health and well-being
* Produce detailed reports outlining findings and recommendations
* Engage with claimants, maintaining a professional demeanor throughout the assessment process
