Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead our Bristol, Bath & Cardiff operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving customer satisfaction and delivering a first-class experience. Your role will involve managing a small team of Lettings Consultants and Asset (Property) Managers, as well as building strong relationships with Landlords, Tenants, and Contractors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Relationship Building
    • Develop and maintain excellent relationships with Landlords, Tenants, and Contractors to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Customer Satisfaction
    • Ensure that the Tenant and Landlord experience is exceptional, with prompt and efficient service.
  • Asset Management
    • Oversee all aspects of asset management and lettings performance across the portfolio, ensuring optimal results.
  • Team Management
    • Recruit and train new team members to ensure a skilled and motivated workforce.
  • Performance Monitoring
    • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive business growth.
