About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our team at The Ivy Collection. As a key member of our kitchen brigade, you will be responsible for assisting the Executive Chef in the preparation and presentation of our dishes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Executive Chef in menu planning, food preparation, and presentation.
- Supervise and coordinate the work of junior kitchen staff, ensuring that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards.
- Monitor food costs and inventory levels, making recommendations for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
- Develop and maintain a positive and productive team culture, promoting a safe and healthy working environment.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef in a high-volume kitchen environment.
