Job Title: Mobile Multiskilled Engineer

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Multiskilled Engineer to join our team at Invictus Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out planned preventative maintenance and reactive call outs on a wide variety of Mechanical and Electrical Buildings Services Engineering plant.

Key Responsibilities:

* Carry out planned preventative maintenance and reactive call outs on Mechanical and Electrical Buildings Services Engineering plant
* Ensure all activities are completed in a safe and timely manner and in accordance with contracted output specifications and company processes and procedures
* Participate in an out of hours call out rota
* Ensure routine PPM is carried out to all mechanical and electrical plant in accordance with Site task schedules and CAFM
* Ensure plant faults and defects are always swiftly remedied to maintain plant in serviceable order
* Ensure all relevant paperwork/CAFM is completed regarding PPM, reactive works and that it is passed without delay to the Helpdesk Team
* Ensure Method Statements and Risk Assessments are always prepared and used for all tasks undertaken to ensure safe working practices
* Develop a good working relationship with all members of staff, subcontractors and client representatives
* Ensure all plant rooms under the responsibility of the company are kept in a clean and tidy condition
* Supervise and monitor sub-contractors works whilst they are on site undertaking maintenance
* Arrange and provide holiday and sickness cover at short notice and be flexible in their working patterns
* Ensure an awareness and compliance to the contractual KPI's/SLA's
* PlanOn, is kept up to date and that PPM and reactive tickets are closed out with accurate data captured
* Carry out any other task as directed by the account management team

Requirements:

* Electrical Competency NICEIC Periodic Inspection, Testing and Certification
* BTEC Level 3 Certification in Mechanical Engineering or BTEC Level 3 Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or BTEC Level 3 in HVAC
* C&G 6188 Level 2 Heating and Ventilation or C&G 7188 Level 3
* Competent Person Mechanical and Pressure Systems
* Experienced in Plumbing system Maintenance and fault rectification
* EUSR National Water Hygiene Card

Working Environment:

The successful candidate will be working in a fast-paced environment with a variety of Mechanical and Electrical Buildings Services Engineering plant. The role will require the ability to work at heights, in confined spaces and in a variety of weather conditions.
