Senior Care Assistant

About the Role:
As a Senior Care Assistant at Excelcare Holdings, you will be part of a dedicated team providing exceptional care and support to our residents. Your role will involve working alongside and mentoring a team of Care Assistants to ensure outstanding care is delivered at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in meaningful activities with residents, promoting independence, choice, dignity, and respect.
- Develop and implement person-centred care plans and risk assessments to ensure successful delivery of care.
- Work closely with the Home Manager and ancillary teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
Requirements:
- Two years' experience as a Care Assistant or Senior Care Assistant with an NVQ 2/3 qualification in Health and Social Care.
- Experience in a nursing or care home, or as a home care worker.
- Understanding of regulatory frameworks, including the Care Quality Commission (CQC).
