Spa Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Spa Therapist to join our team at the Garden Spa, a luxurious retreat nestled in a stunning Georgian manor near King's Lynn, Norfolk.

• Deliver high-quality treatments, including manicures, pedicures, massages, and facials, to ensure a truly exceptional guest experience.
• Provide expert advice on spa procedures and products, reflecting the positive image of the hotel and spa.
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organisation within the spa, adhering to our strict health and safety protocols.
• Work on a shift rota basis, including some weekends and bank holidays, to meet the demands of our busy spa.

• NVQ Level 3 beauty therapy or equivalent qualifications.
• Fully qualified in manicures, pedicures, massage, and facials.
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, but we welcome those with a genuine desire to prove themselves as first-time therapists.
• Passionate about delivering the best spa experience every day, with a warm, friendly personality and a customer-focused approach.

• Full training on the Elemental Herbology brand and treatments.
