About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Contracts Manager to join our team at Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited. As a key player in our Technology Procurement function, you will be responsible for driving maximum value out of our supplier relationships and supporting our Technology transformation efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective procurement strategies to meet business needs
  • Manage and negotiate contracts with suppliers to ensure optimal terms and conditions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks
  • Monitor and analyze contract performance to ensure compliance and continuous improvement
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in a Contracts Manager role in the Technology space
  • Proven track record of building and implementing successful procurement strategies
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global environment
