Site Manager - Electrical Contracting

Due to a period of growth, BE Engineering Ltd is seeking an ambitious Site Manager to join the team in a key role.

The successful candidate will attract a highly competitive basic salary starting from £55k upwards, depending on experience and industry knowledge.

The role will also offer a car allowance, annual bonus, and pension.

You must be comfortable with client site interaction and have a commercial acumen.

Experience of industrial LV power and process installation would be advantageous.

As Site Manager, you will be confident to tackle all levels of project within an engineering environment with a collaborative approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Management of multi-skilled teams (electricians, labourers, apprentices)
  • Containment, cabling, and connections
  • Interpret electrical design information

Requirements:

  • Experience of managing contractors, consultants, and other advisors in process-based projects
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills, able to develop relationships and maintain effective networks
  • Solution-focused with a clear focus on high quality and standards
  • A highly ambitious team player with the desire to take ownership of this role and help drive the company towards their goals
