Experis UK is seeking a highly skilled Sharepoint SME Lead to manage the migration of employee data from legacy applications to SAP SuccessFactors as part of a global HR transformation initiative.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and document the existing architecture of the Sharepoint or .Net estate within DSTL.
  • Develop and document the interface map related to the Sharepoint or .Net Estate, criticality, and support model for the apps.
  • Establish and document the database architecture, liaising and working with the DBA SME.
  • Develop and document the current and to-be backup approach and data retention approaches, working with the DBA SME.
  • Lead on the transfer of the existing apps sharepoint site from the incumbent and develop it to deliver the basis of the Apps database and Apps Run book.

Requirements:

  • Experience in Sharepoint migration and technical leadership.
  • Strong understanding of Sharepoint architecture and support model.
  • Ability to establish and document technical documentation.
  • Experience in working with DBA SMEs and developing database architecture.
  • Ability to lead on the transfer of existing apps sharepoint site and develop it to deliver the basis of the Apps database and Apps Run book.
