You will use data, research, and connections to source creators for our marketing campaigns, ensuring we celebrate their work and support their growth. You will work to build brand presence trust both online and in-person.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Building and maintaining relationships with key influencers and creators
  • Developing and executing community engagement strategies to drive user acquisition and retention

Requirements

This role requires 3-5 years of experience as a Community Manager for a brand. You must be familiar with and comfortable using the Mixcloud Platform, knowledgeable about diverse genres and emerging scenes, and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

You should be able to craft engaging and authentic copy and messaging, familiar with online community tools, CRM systems, and social media platforms, and a creative problem solver capable of managing multiple tasks and working independently in a fast-paced environment.

A strong team player who can collaborate across departments while taking ownership of community-focused projects and ability to articulate ideas and present to the wider company are essential.

Estimated Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 per annum.
