Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Offshore Operator - Subsea to join our Subsea team in Aberdeen. As a key member of our team, you will assist in the preparation and running of equipment offshore, ensuring safe and successful operations in accordance with Company procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and execution of offshore operations, ensuring compliance with Expro's policies, standards, and procedures.
- Conduct regular checks on equipment to ensure technical correctness and adherence to Expro's policies.
- Participate in tool box talks and planning meetings to ensure effective communication and safe operations.
- May be required to work at onshore bases in the preparation and return of equipment.
- Liaise with clients' representatives to ensure quality of service and effective communication.
- Collaborate with offshore Supervisor, team members, and operations department to ensure all aspects of operations are discussed and communicated effectively.
- Ensure completion of required documentation for company procedures, processes, and client-specific requirements.
- Work with colleagues and Supervisor to complete required competencies for current and next role.
- Share knowledge with subordinates to assist with their competency progression.
Requirements
- Technical knowledge gained through completion of competency for grade.
- Formal technical qualification.
- Working experience preferable within relevant field.
