We are seeking a highly skilled German Speaking Key Account Sales Manager to join our team at French Selection. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business development and sales growth in your designated region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support and sell the company's products and services to key accounts in the German-speaking market.
  • Identify new sales opportunities and develop action plans to support business growth.
  • Analyse and propose solutions for clients' business needs.
  • Achieve sales targets set by the management team.
  • Ensure weekly reports are created demonstrating targets and action plans.
  • Liaise with internal departments to provide support as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with company specifications.
  • Lead customer reviews, raising issues and opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Fluent in German (written and spoken) essential.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience working within a technical field required.
  • Ability to read, understand, and create technical reports and data.
  • Excellent communication skills with great presentation skills.
  • Dynamic, confident, and proactive.
  • Ability to travel as this is an essential part of the role.
