About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Fire and Security Engineer to join our team at Marlowe Fire and Security. As a Fire and Security Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining and servicing our clients' fire and security systems, ensuring they are functioning correctly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and service fire and security systems in accordance with current standards and customer requirements.
  • Respond to service calls and plan and respond to routine and reactive call visits.
  • Maintain effective communication with customers and maintain stock levels with support from the Stores team.
  • Attend training sessions and team meetings as required.
  • Identify personal training and development needs to provide the best possible customer service.
Our Systems

We work with a range of fire and security systems, including:

  • Fire systems: Gent, Notifier, Kentec, Ziton, Advanced, Morley, C-Tec, Protec.
  • Intruder systems: Galaxy, Texecom, Scantronic, Menvier, Risco.
  • CCTV systems: Hikvision, Dahua, Bosch, Generic Analogue Systems.
  • Access control systems: Paxton, PAC, Salto.
Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with a technical background in the electrical/electronic industry and good all-round knowledge of fire and security systems. Experience of front-line customer contact is preferred, as is excellent organisational skills and a professional and presentable demeanor.
