**Job Title:** Bureau Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Composite Engineer to join our team as a key member of our automotive clients' team. As a Bureau Engineer, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day business operations and ensuring the smooth execution of projects.

1. Support Annual Budget Process: Collaborate with the team to develop and implement an annual budget for composites, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
2. Support and Report on KPIs: Provide regular updates and insights on key performance indicators, identifying areas for improvement and suggesting strategies for enhancement.
3. Customer Communication: Ensure effective communication with customers to understand project requirements and document all project inputs.
4. NPI Quality Control: Oversee the quality control process for new product introductions, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
5. Kit Templating Processes: Support the development and implementation of kit templating processes, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in production.
6. Shop Floor Manuals: Develop and maintain shop floor manuals for layup, trim, and assembly, ensuring clear instructions and guidelines for production staff.
7. Plant Housekeeping: Ensure that plant housekeeping standards are set and maintained, promoting a safe and efficient working environment.
8. General Instructions: Follow all general instructions as indicated in the level III instructions manual, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
