Senior Financial Analyst - Workday

We're a leading organization driving innovation in motorsports.

This is an exceptional opportunity to join our Finance team as a Senior Specialist - Workday Reporting Analyst. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of financial analysis, data management, and Workday reporting tools.

  1. Financial Reporting: Develop and maintain advanced Workday reports to support strategic decision-making and financial operations.
  2. Data Insights: Create data visualization strategies to effectively communicate complex financial information to stakeholders.
  3. Database Administration: Structure and manage a database of financial and non-financial information to facilitate informed decision-making.
  4. Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data from Workday to identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement.

User Support and Process Enhancement:

  1. User Education and Support: Provide training and guidance to end-users on Workday reporting and dashboard utilization.
  2. Collaboration and Problem-Solving: Work closely with IT and other teams to resolve technical issues and ensure seamless Workday reporting operations.
  3. Process Efficiency: Identify opportunities to streamline financial reporting processes, implement automation, and enhance overall efficiency.
  4. Professional Development: Stay current with the latest Workday features and best practices to optimize reporting capabilities.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and advanced proficiency in Workday reporting tools (Report Writer, Prism Analytics).
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
