Job Description:

Ridgeway and Co are partnering with a leading Residential contractor to find an experienced Internals Site Manager based in Cambridge, with a salary of up to £75,000 per annum.

As a key member of the project team, your primary responsibilities will include ensuring the project stays on schedule and within budget, attending and leading meetings with specialist subcontractors, and reporting progress to senior management.

Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring health and safety regulations are consistently followed and handling other project packages as the work advances.

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years' experience in managing commercial projects.

Desire for a permanent role with a reputable company.

Strong organisational and team management skills, with a hands-on approach to project management.

Excellent computer skills and proficiency in relevant software.
