Job Overview

We are seeking a Communications and Event Coordinator to join our team on a maternity cover basis. This role offers the opportunity to work with a small team to promote the work of Intdevalliance through high-quality digital communication. As a Communications and Event Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing engaging content for use across Intdevalliance's digital platforms.

The successful candidate will have experience in building digital assets, gathering content, writing copy, and producing engaging content. You will also provide logistical, digital, and administrative support for a range of member events, including our annual conference. We are looking for someone who has excellent written communication skills, strong attention to detail, and good design skills.

Responsibilities
  • Support the implementation of Intdevalliance's communications strategy
  • Develop and implement a content calendar to engage with our audience
  • Manage and maintain the front-end of the Intdevalliance website
  • Provide communications, technical, and administrative support to Intdevalliance events
  • Assist with responding to general enquiries and correspondence from members, key stakeholders, and members of the public

The estimated salary for this role is £41,000-£46,000 per annum, depending on experience. If you are passionate about promoting the work of Intdevalliance and have excellent written communication skills, we encourage you to apply.
