Senior Engineering Trainer

Reaseheath College is seeking a skilled engineer to join our delivery team in Agricultural Engineering, Construction Plant, Rail, and Bus and Coach. As a Senior Engineering Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training and assessment to apprentices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver training programs for apprentices in Construction Plant and Powered Access
  • Assess and provide feedback to apprentices on their progress
  • Collaborate with the engineering department to shape the direction of training and assessment
  • Participate in continuous professional development to enhance teaching skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Highly skilled and motivated individual with experience in Construction Plant and Powered Access
  • Ability to shape the direction of training and assessment
  • Right to work in the UK and willingness to undergo an enhanced DBS check
