About the Role

We are seeking experienced professionals to join our Waste and Resource Management Team at Wardell Armstrong. As a leading multi-disciplinary consultancy, we deliver environmental and engineering solutions across various sectors. Our team works on diverse projects throughout the UK, supporting clients in improving operational efficiency, environmental performance, and ensuring compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice on environmental permitting and compliance, technical advisor, bid support, waste strategy, and delivery of waste and recycling infrastructure.
  • Work with clients, including local authorities, private sector operators, regulators, and waste management contractors, to deliver waste and resource related services.
  • Contribute to the development of waste and resource management strategies and solutions.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to deliver projects and achieve business objectives.
Requirements
  • Relevant degree in a field such as environmental science, engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience in waste and resource management, environmental permitting, and compliance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
